POLICY
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, including rescheduling, within a 72hr period will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked service.
No shows and same day cancellations will be charged at 100% of the booked service.
We require credit or debit card details to secure your booking.
We reserve the right to enforce, or defer this charge.
Patch/Allergy Testing
If you’ re a first time colour client, a colour consultation and patch test is a compulsory requirement.
There must be a gap of 48 hrs minimum, between your patch test and colour service.
We want to ensure you don’t have a reaction to the colours we use. Reactions can be serious so we would rather be safe than sorry so patch testing cannot be waivered under any circumstance.
Your patch test is valid for six months and rolls over to the next six months with every appointment.
If you haven’t had your colour done in six months from your last appt, you will need a new patch test.
Re-Adjustments
If you have reservations about your hair colour or cut, we have a very positive re-adjustment policy. Please message via whatsapp or text message within 5 days from your service and we will take it from there.
Please note, that if any changes are made to your hair by yourself or another stylist after our service then we will not be able to carry out a complimentary re-adjustment.
Payment Methods
We take cash, card and Fresha vouchers. We don’t take Amex.
Lateness
Please let us know as soon as you can if you are running late.
We may not be able to fulfill your appointment should you be more than 15 minutes late for Styling appointments and 20 minutes for colour appointments. If our schedules allow we will do a shorter version of what is booked for colour appointments where possible.
Please note, should you arrive too late to have your appointment fulfilled or need to shorten the service you may still be charged for the full appointment.
